This Manual was prepared with the guidance of the Long Range Planning Committee to facilitate the transition from formation to implementation of the long range plan. It will serve as an excellent administrative resource for Staff, Officers, Committee Chairs and others involved in the ministry work of our church.
Its purpose is to bring together in one place administrative information common to all facets of the organization and to enable and encourage more efficient and effective leadership. The manual contains background information on the church and its governing structure and offers many helpful guidelines for successful planning, accomplishment and documentation of committee efforts.
"Our mission at St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church is worshipping and glorifying God, proclaiming the message of Jesus Christ, teaching discipleship, encouraging a loving servant community and caring for a hurting world." Following the simple formats and procedures found here will enhance our mission efforts, allow us to celebrate what God is doing among us and assure an accurate record for those who follow us in the work.
