The application for use of the Alice Sisson Ministry Center is linked below. We look forward to your group coming to our community, and trust that the people who are with you will find the time here to be both challenging and rewarding.
Please review each paper carefully and provide the required information. One half of the total amount due is to be submitted with the application and the signed contract. Fees are as follows: $25 per person per night with a 2-night minimum; $125 per person per week with a 6-night maximum; $50 for day use. A certificate of insurance will be required 30 days prior to your arrival. The remainder of the fee will be due upon checking in.
We do require both a mature adult male and female for college students when there is a mixed group; when there is a single gender group, one mature adult of the same gender is to be present. For high school students, we require two couples to be present if there is a mixed group.
Guests may use the kitchen to prepare meals and eat them in the dining room. A clothes washer and dryer are available for use as well. Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels, linens, and toiletries. Since we live in the cell phone age, we do not provide a land line telephone in the house.
After your application is approved, you will be notified in writing and will be given all appropriate contact information.

Fees:
Non Paying Users:
Church groups within St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church (Committees, Sunday School Classes, Youth Lock-ins, etc.) using the Center for no more than one day, will not be charged a fee.
St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church’s Service and Outreach Committees affiliated community agencies (WIHN, Cape Fear Literacy Council, Cape Fear Gospel Rescue Mission, etc.) using the Center for no more than one day (no overnight) will not be charged a fee.
The above groups may request a date for use of the facility at any time, howerver, the date will not be confirmed until one month prior to the date; if a paying group has not requested use of the Center on the requested date.
St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Chruch Discount Rate:
St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church groups using the Center overnight will be required to pay 25% of the posted fee for paid users.
Paid Users:
$25.00 per person per night
$125.00 per person per week
$50.00 for day use
Reservation Policy
The Alice Sisson Ministry Center is open 365 days a year. The Center can comfortabley accommodate 22 overnight guests.

Change Policy
Please notify Ministry Secretary, Catheryn Thomas (see below) if there is a change in your group number prior to your arrival.

Arrival and Checkout Policy
Check-in/out at the Alice Sisson Ministry Center will be at a mutually acceptable time, but normally some time after 4:00pm for check-in and prior to 11:00am for check-out.
Cancellation Policy
If the group must cancel the Alice Sisson Ministry Center reservation it must be done sixty (60) days prior to arrival date. The deposit fee is non-refundable.
Emergency Telephone/Internet Service
The Center has an emergency telephone (910-763-7115) for use at the Center and is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet service.
