"Breathe and Receive"

On this Pentecost Sunday Katie preaches from John 20:19-23 to remind us how Jesus breathing into the disciples is an echo to the creation of humanity in Genesis. Jesus is making a new creation through the resurrection and we are his agents of forgiveness and reconciliation. As Presbyterians, we are not the 'Frozen Chosen' but living witnesses of resurrection power, embodying Christ's peace in a world still desperate for it.
